Message Gearwrench ratcheting wrenches are a godsend. I would get
these before sockets. Their ratchets are also very good for
the money. Craftsman sockets are great. Unfortunately you
really need to go Snap-on for screwdrivers, all others are
crap. I've bought crappy tools, they just make the job more
frustrating. It gets expensive, just slowly buy things as you
can afford it. Watch Sears.com for sales. They routinely have
tools at least 25% off.
